Great place in a good neighborhood, Large yard, (YOU WILL SEE WHITE SQUIRRELS !!!)
Granite countertops in kitchen, Master has nice tile shower, Second bath has a standard tub/shower combo. Lots of stuff to do around Brevard area as well as Hendersonville Asheville not to mention all the local breweries.

Great Landlord
My wife and I stayed at this property for a full year. The landlord was great. When minor issues came up, he quickly resolved them with no stress for us. The house is old, but nice. It’s clean, there is more than enough parking, and the yard is large enough to enjoy outdoor activities such as throwing baseball, volleyball, etc. Over that time, the only complaints we could say (being nit picky) would be the couch and the tv are both dated. The price is also excellent for this county. In conclusion, we would not hesitate to recommend people stay here!
