It was remediated but took some time and we were offered to move to upstairs unit when tenant moved out 2 adults and 1 dog in unit Working at Rhode Island hospital PRO Close to work 10-12 min commute Safe neighborhood Residential neighborhood Dog friendly Parking on premises Comfortable bed CON So much decor, Vases, fake plants, throw pillows! Ended up putting everything is second bedroom closet No TV in bedroom Most uncomfortable couch ever- like sitting on wood No microwave No curtains only blinds No dresser No deadbolt on unit door Deceiving outside photo In listing. It is neighbors house. The home is blue not the garage semi detached house across street Unit listed on FF as 1200 sqft. Which I think it total for both units
