I recommend viewing this property in person before committing. While the photos accurately reflect the general layout, some important details weren't obvious until I arrived. There was pet hair on the furniture from a previous tenant, and the mattress had visible stains. Most notably, the home had a strong, persistent odor-something like a mix of smoke, mildew, and pet smells that didnt go away despite efforts to air out and clean the space. On the positive side, the owner was kind, respectful, and responsive. She mentioned plans to replace the mattress and paint the walls, and seemed open to feedback. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to Safeway, walkable near a golf course, and within 10-15 minutes of major freeways. This place has potential, but for someone sensitive to odors (like me), it was a dealbreaker and I ended my stay early. Im sharing this to help others make an informed decision.
