Risky stay

House is in good condition and nice neighborhood but be prepared for the landlord. I travel for a living and never once had an issue in regard to security deposit or getting my money back or the landlord going back on his word. I have arrival and departure pictures of the entire home but the landlord says I ransacked" the place. I had left a few dishes in the sink as the cleaning crew was doing them the entire stay so figured they would do them on the way out since we still had one more cleaning. I also forgot to put back a bedroom key which I expected to pay for. Once I mentioned the photos I have he started turning it into something else like the electrical bill. The electrical bill he gave us a min-max of 120-220, we paid $220 up front and now is trying to take $200 out of $1000 security deposit to pay for the bill. I have still not been sent a receipt of damages he is taking this money for almost a full month later. Highly discourage renting as he makes for an uncomfortable stay.
