Great 5 month stay

C is a great host! For example, The Keurig broke in month 2 and she had a new one at our doorstep the very next day. Property is great. Clean and best location if you're looking to be close to oldtown. (1 mile walk to Scottsdale farmers market on Saturday mornings.). The golf course is a good one to be on because it's the cheapest one in the area. Other golf courses will be well over $100 and Continental is around $40 if you go after 3:00pm. Safe area, neighbors are great too. Condo amenities are also 5 stars. 2 hot tubs and pools to choose from. They were never both busy our entire stay. Work out room will have everything you need as well. This place really had everything we were looking for to get out of a MN winter and C made moving in and out seamless.

Clean spacious property

This property was so clean upon arrival. All kitchenware you could need is already provided. The washer and dryer are new/ in great condition. There is so much space for clothes and storing items. The bed is very comfortable. The property is in a great location very close to downtown Scottsdale/ the mall. The property included an assigned parking spot close to the front door of the unit. C was very helpful with the move in process and always available for any questions. When I went to move in, it was night time and C left the lights on so that i wouldnt be walking into a pitch black condo. Im very appreciative of her thoughtfulness. I will for sure return if ever in need of a place to lease in Scottsdale. You will not be disappointed leasing this unit!
