Dirty and Bad vibes

I had a horrible experience with this rental and landlord. Not only was the unit I rented completely filthy - I'm talking carpets that haven't been cleaned in who knows how long - foul smell, dirty dishes, I even broke out after my first shower at the rental due to issues with the water/filters. I wasn't able to use the dishwasher because it didn't ever get anything clean (almost seemed to make things more dirty). Landlord gave push back with cleaning and shampooing carpets saying "it should have been done before I came". When leaving, I stated I would needed the entire evening to move out. Landlord was pacing in front with his cleaning crew on my move out date, being very pushy and overbearing while making me feel very unsafe/uncomfortable as a single woman. This is not worth the price point or the headache that comes with it. I'm happy I got out as soon as I could. STAY CLEAR TRAVELERS!!!

Came to Tucson for the first time and this was the perfect property to start off with! The location is wonderfully convenient. The gym has enough for any exercises needed. This location gives an at home feel. Everything worked out so well and we even had our cat with us, who seemed to love the natural lighting and window placements. Shayla, the landlord was so pleasant and supportive throughout our experience! I would definitely find my way back to this home if I traveled back to Tucson! Everything is just exactly as it seems in pictures and was worthwhile! I hope you choose this home as your next! Very grateful we found our way to this property in such a short period of time!
