Historic Building in Downtown Denver

Close to everything but quiet and comfortable. High ceilings and an open floor plan make the condo feel much larger than it is. The huge patio is a rare find for certain. I created a pet relief area on the patio for those early morning and late night pet needs when you are not ready to take your bestie for a walk.
