Can't recommend this place enough!! The unit is adorable, has tons of natural light, & is even more spacious than the photos show. High quality furnishings, stocked with everything you need, tons of storage, an alarm system, & has a great fenced-in front yard. Multiple private parking spots which is rare in this area. The street in front of the unit is very pedestrian & bike friendly. Walkable to a cute park, coffee, restaurants, and a brand new Trader Joe's! Its centrally located without feeling too close to city life. I worked night shift & its a 15min commute to UW Montlake w/o traffic, about 20-25min with. Jordan (the landlord) is so cool, hes pretty much remodeled the house himself & is incredibly attentive if you have any concerns or needs. He lives downstairs & is super chill. I felt beyond safe here as a single female travel nurse. Its the best place I've ever rented and probably always will be, lol. Sad to leave but I promise whoever decides to live here will love it!!!
JUST DO IT! GORGEOUS PLACE. AWESOME LANDLORD!
This is a phenomenal location, beautifully decorated and a super kind and attentive landlord. You'll LOVE living here and I'm genuinely sad to leave!! Can't recommend enough!! My favs: the decor, the high quality and aesthetics of the place, J's creativity and friendship while living here, the location, great neighbors, close to Greenwood park, quick drive to many beaches, easy access to downtown, the WINDOWS/LIGHTING in Seattle's dreary weather lol, the fire pit, the walk ability of the neighborhood. J, landlord, is awesome. You'll love love love your stay here!
Exceeded expectations
This apartment proved to be a perfect home that exceeded expectations. For my wife and I, a notable highlight was the abundant natural light, even during the darker winter months with sunrise views in the bedroom and sunsets in the living room, we felt the PNW winter wasnt able to grip us. We also would always get compliments on the built-in bookshelf which we loved! It was the exact right amount of space for us two, with enough storage for suitcases, camping gear, kitchen appliances, and all the other things you dont keep out all the time. Our experience here was also marked by the seamless separation of utilities from the downstairs unit, offering both functionality and a sense of privacy. Whenever we needed help, Jordans approachability and commitment to maintaining the house added to the overall positive impression. The neighborhood itself became an unexpected gem. The home has the quiet neighborhood feel of Greenwood, feeling far away from Aurora. Positioned on Fremont Street
