Adorable cottage with single car garage. Owners J & T are truly accommodating and responsive. Perfect for a lone professional! Photos in the app represent an accurate feel and utter cleanliness of the in-law suite. Read entire listing re kitchenette features as well as laundry features. Take neighborhood walks to enjoy some views. Off Clark Road--easy hop on and off I-75. Would love to stay here again and again.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. The hosts are accommodating and respond promptly. When I say this is the best shower/bedroom situation, I mean it. Safe, clean, and just flat-out WONDERFUL. 10/10

This property was gorgeously decorated, all the amenities needed for a most comfortable, luxurious stay. I love it! Clean. Cozy. Beautiful furnishings. Private. Adjacent room for added space to lounge, read, watch TV. Laundry facility, kitchenette. Area was convenient to beach, restaurants, and shopping.

Five Star Pristine Villa Rental Property

Staying at T & J's villa was an absolute pleasure! my wife and I felt right at home as soon as we walked in the front door. The villa was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. This villa was a Gem. This gated communities location was perfect, it was close to all the attractions, and the villa was cozy and comfortable. T & J were incredibly welcoming, they were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Hands down this is the BEST property that weve ever stayed at. We will definitely return! We highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous apartment in gorgeous neighborhood!

We had the pleasure of staying at this apartment villa in the fall and it exceeded all of our expectations. The apartment is pristine and immaculately clean, with a fresh and modern/coastal feel that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The beautiful decor and brand-new furniture added a touch of elegance, making it even better than a home away from home! The amenities were outstanding, including a cozy kitchenette, a lovely bathroom, and the convenience of a washer and dryer. The living space was inviting and well-equipped, with TVs for entertainment and a desk and chair for work. Having our own garage was a fantastic perk, which added to the overall convenience and security. The location couldn't have been better, just a short 20-minute drive to Siesta Key Beach and the UTC area. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a top-notch long-term rental. It has everything you need, just bring clothes!!!
