My stay
Was originally only going to stay for a month but ended up staying three. This is the best spot around for anyone looking for a place to stay. Full one bedroom whole kitchen, full bath and an awesome living area. In a perfect location too. The neighborhood is one of the nicest in town as well as only a few minutes of walking to get to downtown Tampa and armature works. The host Jeremy is also great. Very quick to respond with any questions I had about the Airbnb as well as Tampa as a whole. If you are looking for a place to stay in Tampa there could not be a better option!

Perfect Location - Wonderful Host
This was the PERFECT unit for my stay this summer. As a single person moving to the area, this unit was the perfect size and location. The bathroom is updates and huge which I really appreciated. I also loved having a full size fridge, oven, and stove which isn't super common with short term rentals of this size. The neighborhood is walkable and located right on the river so I was lucky enough to see gorgeous sunsets and walking distance from Armature Works, the Tampa RiverWalk, Jeni's ice cream, and more! Jeremy is a wonderful host -- incredibly responsive. You couldn't ask for anything more. I would recommend anyone new to the area to rent this unit.
