Amazing property with amazing landlord!

Super nice property tucked away from Stockton and Broadway. Lisa was an awesome landlord for me, I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a stay of any length. She will go out of her way to accommodate you and will address any issues or concerns she has with you in a positive way. I would highly recommend this property.

Some places check the boxes; this one quietly goes beyond that. It’s rare to find a place that feels right from day one, and only gets better over time. It exceeded every expectation I had going in. The home itself is great, but what truly sets it apart is how well it’s maintained. The backyard is a standout, the kind of space you actually look forward to spending time in. Everything just works the way you’d hope it would. And then there’s Lisa - responsive, considerate, and genuinely invested in your comfort without ever being intrusive. That balance is hard to find, and it made all the difference. If you’re looking for a place that feels calm, well cared for, and easy to settle into, this is it.

wonderful cozy house

This is a very well taken care of and tastefully renovated house! There is plenty of space and no shortage of amenities. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cookware if you need to prepare food. The landlord, Lisa, is very helpful and easy to get ahold of should you need anything during your stay. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and would gladly stay here again!
