This a great rental. Newer, up-to-date appliances through-out the kitchen, which is well equipped, comfortable and new living room furniture with large screen streaming tv. Large walk-in shower is great, as is the W/D. Bedrooms are nicely appointed and mattresses are reasonably comfortable (not as comfortable as mine at home, but not bad!!). Ample parking, and Stephanie (Landlord) is super accommodating. Overall this is a super rental, I highly recommend it!
