Full basement apartment near all conveniences

This is a basement apartment, so you will be hearing some noise, footsteps, when we are all home, we have a pet dog who barks occasionally (e.g. other dogs being walked, delivery drivers etc.). The ceilings in the apartment are low, so may not work for tall guests.

We have received good reviews from guests from other apartment platforms that it's been listed.
