Honest experience

I moved to Knoxville from another state and needed a furnished, temporary place before starting a new job. The landlords made the process easy, allowing me to move in just a few days after the previous tenant left. They were also flexible when I needed to extend my stay on short notice. Communication was excellent-they responded quickly to texts and handled maintenance issues promptly. They were clear about expectations, as long as you didn't damage or steal things, you will get your security deposit back. The place can stay cool which is perfect for when it gets super hot outside. I loved the extra storage space! Pictures are what it looks like in person minus a furniture or two they may have switched out for something similar (e.g. one smaller dresser for a bigger dresser based on feedback). I had a friendly neighbor above me - I found it was helpful to exchange phone numbers to communicate when we got each other's packages.

A home away from home

I have absolutely enjoyed my stay here. N and K are super friendly and caring. They have really set this place up to be really convenient and comfortable. plenty of room for my dog to walk around and explore. they have been super friendly to my pup and made sure he felt welcomed as well. I will definitely be staying here again. Should I get another assignment in the area, or even if I come back to Knoxville just for a visit.
