Cozy ADU with Everything I Needed

Stayed here during my CHOC rotation and honestly it was an amazing setup. I was able to walk to the hospital every day and always felt safe. The area has a lot going on too — tons of food spots, coffee shops, and people around, so it felt lively and very accessible to anything I needed. Parking was also super easy to find. Overall, it was really convenient, comfortable, and perfect for anyone doing a rotation at CHOC.

Excellent Host and Rental

Absolutely loved staying here and can’t recommend this place enough. The location is perfectly located in the heart of Los Feliz. Chris is also a great landlord. Very helpful and upfront and above all friendly. I stayed in the upper unit. When I needed a desk he was able to get me one quickly. This is definitely a great listing.

Incredible spot, incredible host!

My wife and I had an outstanding stay thanks to Christopher and his family. We were in the bottom floor studio which was spacious for a studio. We loved the size of the kitchen, the fabulous location in Los Feliz, and the fire pit! There was also a large curtain that made the bedroom feel like it's own separate space which we loved at night. We would absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely stay again if work brings us back to LA! Thank you, Christopher!

Feels Like Home Safe, Beautiful, and Thoughtfully Hoste

I stayed here for nine months while on a travel assignment at Childrens Hospital and absolutely loved it. The upstairs studio was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a private outdoor patio, grill, and garden-like setting. The Los Feliz location is unbeatableclose to Griffith Park, the Observatory, and tons of great restaurants. But what makes it truly special is the host family. When I had COVID, Chris and his family brought me soup, food, and medicine, checked in regularly, and even kept the light on when I worked late shifts. Private, fenced, safe, and full of warmththis is truly a five-star stay.

Great Property/Great Locatio/Great Owner

I stayed in this property as a short time rental working at Jordan Hospital of Los Angeles for approximately one year. Mr Swadling was great the property is beautiful. This is enclosed patio with a plus or seating arrangements barbecue grill as well as a fire pit perfect for the Los Angeles weather. Located great within the Los Feliz neighborhood at least 20 restaurants within walking distance. Ample street parking.

Best spot In Los Feliz

There are two units. I've lived in the top unit for a year and a half now. Absolutely no complaints. Location is perfect for walking to everything in Los Feliz. Landlord and his family are super hospitable, friendly, and take care of the property. The property was built only a couple years ago; the build and design are top notch. I hopped around a lot before moving here, and I truly do not think there is a better spot in Los Feliz for the quality, amenities, and price.
