Studio Ohana

Small but CLEAN & cozy studio in Palisades

I stayed here for 3 months for my travel assignment at Kona Community Hospital. I did not end up extending my rental due to the 25/30 minute commute to work, wanting closer proximity to downtown kailua kona & desiring a bigger living space. However, if you like being higher up in elevation & don't mind being further from downtown then this would be a good fit. You'll be in the Palisades neighborhood vs Ali'i drive (where I ended up moving). The A/C works incredibly well and the shower, as well as the bathroom vanity/mirror are brand new. Other things to keep in mind is there is no stove, only a hot plate. They do provide an air air fryer which became my new best friend! The landlords keep mostly to themselves but are very nice people. No issues or negative things to say about them.

My stay here was PERFECT! The owners were fabulous with recommendations and helping with anything I needed. The studio is private, quiet, and clean and located in a cute neighborhood with amazing sunsets. Highly recommend!

Great stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! The ohana is new and modern and very clean! The owners were incredibly responsive and friendly. Safe neighborhood. Close to Costco and not far from town.
