Nice Breeze from the Bay. Half a block from the park where there's a playground, two community piers, baseball field, volleyball field, and foot access to a small beach. The place is clean and renovated. Screened porch also has a gas grill. Fenced backyard. Access to beach and water equipment. Located in small town with great food options and friendly people. Daily shuttle to DC available 15 minutes from the house.

Main level has a living room, powder room, dedicated area for an office, dining room, and open kitchen. The kitchen leads to the rear screened porch with gas grill and access to a large fenced backyard and shed. We love enjoy the breeze from the bay from the porch, front balcony, and balcony off master suite. Filtered drinking water provided at kitchen sink and a water dispenser is also provided.

It's a quiet residential community located by the Chesapeake Bay. There's a private community park with access to community piers, playground, basketball courts, baseball field, volleyball courts, and a small beach. There's also a loading dock for kayaks and canoes. We have three kayaks that you could use. Neighbors commute to DC through the daily shuttle service available 15 minutes away in Lothian, MD.
