Katharine was such a great host and the cottage was perfect for my short Charleston stay! Amazing location and super safe neighborhood which was a top priority for choosing a place to stay.

The cottage was nothing short of AMAZING! Katharine was the absolute best host and always made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She always took time to check on me and even went out of her way to make sure my mom knew I would be okay. I felt so safe in this perfect neighborhood! Please stay at the cottage; you definitely will not regret it!

Katharine is an amazing host and her cottage is the perfect place to stay. She has supplied everything you may want and need and lives close by for anything you may need help with during your stay. The cottage is very comfortable and cozy and in a beautiful neighborhood. Easy commute to everything especially MUSC for the healthcare travelers. I would definitely stay with Katharine when Im in the Charleston area again.

Katherine is the absolute best host! She was attentive and very welcoming. I was new to the area and she always checked on me. The neighborhood is the BEST!! I cannot express how pretty this neighborhood is. I felt comfortable and safe there! It is a walkable neighborhood also! The cottage is cute and has everything you would need! I would highly recommend staying at Katherine's cottage!

Best neighborhood and host

Katharine was a great host and took care of everything I needed and then some. This neighborhood is one of the best neighborhoods to walk in in this area. Oak trees everywhere the neighbors are super friendly and occasionally a cat comes to visit you on the porch as you have your morning coffee. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Amazing Home in a Beautiful Place

Katharine goes above and beyond in ensuring you enjoy your home in Charleston. Amenities are well thought of and of the highest quality - you will never feel more comfortable. Amazing location in one of Charleston's premier quiet neighborhoods set in serene Spanish Moss draped Oaks. Close proximity to everything you will need or want to deliver the best experience you can have while staying in Charleston! Katharine provides a home that you will come to love and most definitely miss!

Relaxing cottage

It's my first time in Charleston and staying at this beautiful cottage made me feel at home. Katharine was an incredible host, she makes you feel so comfortable and the location is great!

Perfect place to stay!

This apartment was great! It is fully furnished, in a great area, and the owner is fantastic. She is very attentive and always made sure I had everything I needed! I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a short term rental! It's also 10ish minutes from MUSC and 20 from Folly!

Perfect Little Cottage

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this perfect little cottage. Beach theme was cute and everything was spotless and new. The owner, K, lives right next door and was an amazing host. She had the cottage stocked with everything one would need for a home away from home. She even provided me with maps of her favorite recommendations for the area. I would highly suggest staying in her cottage and would even stay there again in the future. I was sad when my time at the cottage had come to an end. Thank you, K, for your amazing hospitality!

Relaxing Oasis

This quaint little cottage had everything I needed to enjoy relaxing in a home base in Charleston while I did my travel nursing and Charleston exploration. Spotless, beach color-scheme, easy parking, and amenities galore. The in-unit washer/dryer was my favorite touch. The owner is incredibly kind and was always available if I had any questions or concerns. Beautiful neighborhood, too!
