Next to park with park activities Fenced back yard. Three ring cams covering outside areas. Home is a short block and does not get a lot of street traffic. Its pretty quiet , house is on slab so you don"t hear foot steeps of other people. No barking dogs next door.
Renters will have entire house except the master bedroom and garage. The door between the master and kitchen will be locked. House is kind of set up like a duplex with two sperate entrances. Guests will have three bedrooms. The first room has a queen, the second room has a twin. The third room is kind of like an office with couch desk mini fridge and tv. Great place, bonus room perfect to use as well as house accommodations, Host very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend this place to stay if you are looking for something peaceful.
My girlfriend and I loved staying here. Great place. D was very easy going and helpful. Park right next door, beautiful yard, great rooms. Accommodated pets well. Would stay again! Great place
About the landlord
GEORGE
I am 55 years old male with 2 grown kids out of the house. House is 4 bedrooms. Renters will have entire house except the master bedroom ang garage. The master bedroom door will remain locked during stay. . I own a craft beer tap house and spend every day there and am home on the eve usually in my garage or working on projects. I have a fully fenced back yard and house borders Horse Heaven Hills middle school and park. There are plenty of parking spaces with video security.
