This is a shared 3 bedroom apartment in a multi-family home in the Elmhurst area of Providence. Only 2 BRs are rented out; leaving one vacant for visiting guests. The landlord & his wife live upstairs - but they keep to themselves - and they also fix or address anything in the apartment very quickly. The place is beautifully furnished, air-conditioned - and very comfortable. There are 1.5 baths, so one only has to share the shower with the other housemate. Plenty of room, and off-street parking. A really wonderful place to stay, have thoroughly enjoyed it!
