Quality Private Room - Furnished - Low Rent - All Inclusive - Great Neighborhood

Great location and landlord. Will stay again!

I had a fantastic stay at this location. Leon was very attentive and responds quickly if anything were to go awry (which was not often). Location was very convenient for my commute across the bridge to Gig Harbor for work as well as to Ruston or Proctor for the Saturday farmer's market. There are quite a few tenants on the property, but I never felt unsafe or overcrowded.

Great for Internship

I had a summer internship in Tacoma and this was an excellent place to stay. The landlord was easy to work with and the location was very good. Great temporary housing if you're working in Tacoma for the summer.

Fantastic location!

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. The room was clean and comfortable, and the house as a whole had plenty of amenities. The room was stocked with all the basics, and there was even a mattress topper for extra comfort. Lots of storage. The courtyard garden is beautiful, and I'm glad I got to enjoy it during the spring, as well as the surrounding area. My favorite part was the location - an extremely safe neighborhood, beautiful homes, and lots of things to do and see nearby including parks, nature trails, and shops/restaurants. The host is warm and welcoming, and attentive to all needs. 10/10 would recommend!
