The unit is in the basement of a house located on a somewhat busy street. There are several food and drink options within walking distance. It was very clean upon arrival. The landlord was very responsive via text messaging. I found the parking to be convenient; it is in a back lot about 2 houses down the street. WiFi and AC unit is good.
