Fantastic

Stayed at this property for a month in February. Property was as described and the pictures are accurate. The location is very walkable. Really enjoyed the private parking behind a security gate, made it easy to not have to find street parking. Jesse was a great host and responded promptly. I would stay here again.

Great

Like living in a hotel. Clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed, fully stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances, hangers provided in the closet. Large fridge, fully functioning washer/dryer, and the dishwasher was a happy bonus. Great location with a 20 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the Super (grocery). Jesse and Jenn were great hosts who responded to all messages very quickly (even when out of the country)! Only recommendation is that it would have been nice to have a vacuum for the rugs. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area. Oh, and the gated parking area is a major plus (safety and guarantee of a spot). There is a nice table/chairs out there too to enjoy some sun and have a cup of coffee.
