Perfect Oasis

This casita was a really special place! As a solo female traveler I felt safe and comfortable!!! The space is open, clean and modern. One of my favorite things are the owners little touches. Ruth had planted sunflowers and placed one in the private back garden! They were attentive, responsive, quiet and respectful. I absolutely loved my stay and would recommend to any solo women traveling in the area! The area is close to EVERYTHING! Multiple hospitals, schools, grocery stores and restaurants.

Perfect Little Abode

I stayed here for about 6 months and it truly felt like home the entire time. The casita is private, quiet, and in a great neighborhood close enough to downtown Phoenix but still peaceful after work. The space is clean, modern, and very well maintained, with everything I needed for a long-term stay. The layout feels open, the bathroom is spacious, and having a dedicated parking spot was a big bonus. What really makes this place stand out are the owners. Theyre kind, responsive, and respectful of your privacy while still making sure youre comfortable. Id absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable place in Phoenix.

Outstanding!!!

You will not find a better place or owners around. It is very private, quiet, and has all the amenities you could want. You also have your own parking spot, which is an added bonus. I arrived in January and will be leaving in May. I would give it 10 stars if that was possible. Do not pass up the opportunity to rent this Casita. Youll be happy that you did.

The Perfect Deal

This place is the perfect deal. It is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood very close to Encanto park and golf course but also near enough to downtown Phoenix for you to get out and experience all it has to offer. The place itself has everything you could want for a long term or short term stay. And it is a very nice place, especially for the price. Everything felt new, modern, and in great condition. Spacewise, I stayed alone and always I felt like I had more than enough space. In particular, the bathroom is huge. But the real gem of the property are the owners. They were always very pleasant and accommodating. They also went out of their way to make me feel at home but also gave me my own space and privacy. They even brought me dinner once a week and they're great cooks! Couldn't recommend the property or the owners more, and it's too bad I can only give them 5 stars.
