Jennifer is wonderful! She is very attentive and responsive. She quickly resolves any issues that arise. The rental is nice and is within walking distance to NC Research Campus which offers a very nice and peaceful area to walk or relax. There’s a baseball stadium, bars, restaurants, and shops in the area as well. The grocery store is also very close so you won’t have to go far for anything.

Kannapolis 2 BR rental

We were looking for a 90 day booking in late fall with a yard where our dog would have a free run on attached line. This property met our needs. The renovated house is clean and well appointed in addition to having both a front and rear porch from which to enjoy the great sunsets. Jennifer, the owner was very responsive to our requests. She is committed to make your stay in Kannapolis comfortable. There are plenty of things to do within walking distance to downtown. There is a modern YMCA , walking trails, and a majestic local college campus, as well as a small mall area in downtown Kannapolis which has picnic space on the mall as well as various restaurants . The nearby city park is clean and well kept, with accessible parking. It has a fantastic Christmas light display for the month of December with a train ride which circles the outer area of the park and the working Carousel. Visitors to the park might well wonder if they are at Disneyland.

Highly recommend

This home is well maintained and cozy in an excellent location. My husband and I enjoyed walking to downtown for pizza, to the park to watch concerts on Saturdays and fireworks at the Cannonballers games. With wonderful neighbors and a beautiful neighborhood we enjoyed sitting on the covered porch watching the thunderstorms. With Jennifer the landlord being communicative and wonderful to work with, we highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a short term rental.

A Great Place with Great Hosts

One of the keys to having a good experience during a travel nurse contract is to have housing thats clean and secure, with attentive hosts, and a lot to do nearby for days off. 311 Goldston in Kannapolis NC, is such a place. While owners Jennifer and her husband live in Massachusetts, her daughter Stephanie lives nearby in Concord, NC, hence the attentiveness. Being almost a century old, the house is solid, with great amenities including a dishwasher, wide front porch, and a large back deck with a grill. Kannapolis is also a great little town, and with Salisbury to the north and Charlotte only a half-hour to the south, theres more to do than one can do in a single 13-week contract. 311 Goldston is one of those places where, if we end up in the area again, Jennifer and Stephanie will be the first ones we call to ask if we can stay there again.
