Amazing stay!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Everything is exactly as pictured on furnished finders. The unit is clean, comfy and has everything you could need. The gated parking is a plus if you have a car. The building is quiet and neighbors are friendly. The neighborhood itself is safe and there is plenty within walking distance. Lisa, the host, is lovely and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. 10/10 highly recommend for your stay in Dallas.

The place looks exactly as pictured clean, well maintained, with nice amenities and secure garage parking in a quiet and safe area. Very convenient location. The garage door had occasional issues, but it appeared they were being addressed. The bedroom was a bit small, but comfy bed and desk to work on in the room. The landlord has very high and closely monitored standards for cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep, and tends to be extremely detail-oriented, so this stay is best suited for guests who are very tidy, structured, and comfortable with close oversight in a shared living space. Although the listing stated this was a shared space with minimal landlord presence, she was there fairly often in the mornings, though communication was consistent of when she would be coming by.

Clean, convenient and cute!

Living with Lisa was great! The space is very clean and cute so it felt like home very quickly. The neighborhood is quiet and about a 10 minute jog from the Katy Trail which was so convenient. There are plenty of grocery stores within walking distance so as someone without a vehicle, this location worked very well for me. As a woman I felt very comfortable sharing a space with Lisa, she is easy to communicate with and now a friend. Will miss living here!

I had such a great experience staying here! The condo itself is clean, updated, and well kept. The bedroom suited all my needs: comfy bed, smart tv, a desk, and plenty of closet/dresser storage. Its in a central location and is in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. I felt very safe in the building and loved that I had a designated parking spot in the garage. Its also walkable to a few restaurants, bars, and shops. Lisa was such an accommodating and welcoming host. She makes an effort to get to know her tenants and made me feel at home during my stay. I also appreciate how prompt and communicative she was. So grateful I had the opportunity to stay here!

Great Location!

Lisa has been the best! Her property is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect, safe location with plenty of privacy. But what really stands out is Lisa herself-she's kind, caring, and always there when you need her. She's truly beautiful inside and out, making this place feel like home.

AMAZING building, location, and owner

The building and location are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and clean and close to everything you could want or need. You are close to downtown, Highland Park, University Park, shops, and many delish restaurants. There are always people out and about and everyone is very nice. The condo itself is very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The porch has a great view facing the trees and street. There are many safety precautions to enter the building and the parking lot is safe and gated. As a woman and college student, this was very important to me and I was not disappointed! The owner is absolutely amazing. She is extremely professional, kind, welcoming, and amazing to work with. She goes above and beyond for her clients and knows a lot about Dallas and the surrounding areas. She was always looking out for me and made sure I felt safe and at home. Words can't describe how blessed I feel to have met her and worked with her.
