Great property

I traveled to VA for work and rented this space from Sheree from 2/10-8/18. From day one she was very accommodating and always a phone call away. The house is very cute, in a great neighborhood with a beautiful front and backyard and great neighbors! I'd definitely rent from Sheree again!

Great Town Home with a Wonderful Owner!

I recently spent two months at this lovely townhouse while completing a clinical rotation at VCU Hospital, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I reached out to Sheree to the eight weeks I spent living with the gracious homeowner, everything exceeded expectations. The bed is comfortable, and having a private bathroom was a huge plus. Each room has a TV, and theres a cozy upstairs space perfect for relaxing, reading, or getting some work done. The neighborhood is quiet, super walkable, and safewith a beautiful pool just steps away, right across the parking lot. Most importantly, the owner is a kind and thoughtful gentlemanfun to talk with, very accommodating, and always respectful of your space and privacy. Without hesitation, I give this stay 5 out of 5 stars. If Im ever back in the greater Richmond/Mechanicsville area, I know exactly where Ill want to stay again. Truly a wonderful experience!

Emaculent Home!

The owner is awesome and laid back. She is a nurse practitioner which I thought was cool since I'm a travel nurse. I rented another property from her during my first contract. I moved to be closer to the hospital. She allowed me to view 3 of her properties and I fell in love with the 3rd Floor in-law suite. The entire 3rd floor is about 750-800sq ft. Large bedroom with elliptical. private bathroom, and a living room. My favorite part was the cleaning service that cleaned twice per month. The cleaner would change my sheets and clean my entire space!!! This place is actually better than the pictures.

Lovely Places for travel nurses

The host was amazing and the home was just as described. Sheree is the property manager and a former travel Nurse Practitioner therefore she understands what travel Healthcare Professionals need. She answered all of my questions and even allowed me ro move in 3 days early. I will definitely rent this place again!

You Love this Place !!

I traveled to Virginia with a fellow nurse. The job site I traveled to is pretty rural, we were able to find hotels, but they didnt offer kitchenettes, and they were also pretty expensive!! We tried looking for Airbnbs in the area, they also were crazy expensive as well as most were offering just a room. We were getting pretty tired of the process and came across this listing on furnished finders! We were skeptical but we finally agreed to come see the place in person. Let me tell you! The pictures are just that. You have to experience this place in person!! Beautifully modern. The town itself has a small town feel with great mom and pop restaurants and even a fine dining restaurant called SUNFLOWER! The host are phenomenal people, no text went unanswered, extremely accommodating!! You are close to King George, Haynesville, and Fredericksburg we went to these places often. I was 45 minutes from my worksite, the drive was long but I traveled to Virginia with a fellow nurse. Review of my stay

Please avoid all her listings. The landlord is inconsistent with and very shady in her transactions. Infact she will high the price of a unit just before you move in and once you move in she will reduce the price back to normal. She will also give you an entirely different apartment for her own selfish interest. Candid advise to everyone pls do not rent any of her listings..!!!!
