Private Room in Brand New Townhome with Serene Lake View

I was very lucky to find this townhome for this past summer for many reasons. The development complex was very quiet, safe, conveniently located, and had very kind neighbors. The bedroom had plenty of space, and the kitchen and living room had all the necessities needed to turn a house into a home. I would highly recommend this townhome to anybody looking for a place in the Tampa area. Jennifer made the whole process seamless and was very professional throughout my stay.

Wonderful experience

I was fortunate to find this accommodation and it provided all the comforts of home. I had plenty of privacy, full run of the home, a quiet and peaceful atmosphere to retreat to after work, and the location is central to all that happens in Tampa. I was close to my office, the beaches, shopping and restaurants. Jennifer and Princess Puppy Sierra could not have been kinder or more gracious. The room was spacious, the entire home was clean and comfortable and parking was a breeze. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in this home and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home .

Cozy and good location

Cozy room with everything you need and a private bathroom. House is equipped with everything you need to make a meal too. The location is unmatched esp if you have work / errands in downtown Tampa as its only 10 minutes away, and also 10 -15 minutes to Brandon
