Beautiful Home in a Perfect Location

I stayed at Ed's for two months when I first moved to Seattle during my search for a long term home. I couldn't be happier with this choice! The house set up was perfect. And Ed was a very kind and friendly host. He gave me tons of great advice about the city and he was always enjoyable to chat with. I didn't have my car for the first month, and it was no issue. Safeway and Trader Joe's are a short walk away, and so are busses and the light rail to downtown. I would happily recommend staying at Ed's to anyone!

Fantastic home and landlord!

I stayed with Ed for about four months while working in Seattle. The home is very well maintained and inviting. The private office is great for work-from-home days and the whole house gets lots of natural light. Ed is a great landlord and roommate, he is responsive to any house related questions and is an enjoyable person to be around. He is very respectful of noise and work schedules. I would definitely recommend living here while spending time in Seattle!

Great Stay for My Summer Internship

I lived at Eds place in Capitol Hill for three months during my summer internship and had a great experience! I had my own comfortable bedroom, bathroom, and a dedicated office space. The house is in a great neighborhood, within walking distance of many necessities. Ed was a respectful, proactive, and welcoming landlord, giving me privacy while also going out of his way to help including when I accidentally left something important behind. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in the Seattle area!

An Exceptional Home with a Truly Outstanding Host

I had the pleasure of living in Eds home for nine months, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Ed made me feel incredibly welcomenot just in his home, but also among his friends, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house itself is beautiful, well-kept, and thoughtfully maintained, making it a comfortable and peaceful place to stay. Ed goes above and beyond as a host, generously providing resources and ensuring that his guests have everything they need. His kindness and hospitality made my time here feel like more than just a rentalit felt like home. If youre looking for a welcoming, well-maintained, and truly enjoyable place to stay, I cant recommend this property enough!

Great place to stay in Capitol Hill!

This place has a great location in Capitol Hill. It is within walking distance of many attractions such as Volunteer Park, 15th Ave., Light Rail station, Cal Anderson Park, restaurants, and more! E is a friendly host who is helpful and accommodating. He goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. He is responsive to any concerns and will address them promptly. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. The people in the neighborhood are nice and welcoming. It is a pleasant place to stay and enjoy the area! Highly recommended!

Charming house on a quiet street

Ed has a great place in the historic Capitol Hill neighborhood. The house is charming and spacious. It is tastefully furnished and decorated. There is a living room, a large dining space, kitchen, bedroom, private toilet and an office space. The office space was great for me since I mostly worked from home during my stay there. Ed is a great host, always on top of things and very easy to talk to. I had a great time staying at his place for two months. The house is located on a quiet street, yet all the exciting things in Capitol Hill are a walking distance away. I would highly recommend this place!

Great location...great host!

I stayed with E for a month when I first moved to Seattle. He was super helpful and communicative before I arrived. The location is fantastic. You're within walking distance of great coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and book shops. The neighborhood is quiet, but it's a quick hop to nightlife and more bustling areas if that's what you're looking for. The house was great. It had all of the amenities I needed for my stay. E is an A+ host. We ended up hanging out quite a bit and having great conversations when we were both at the house.

I really enjoy my stay at this place. Nice place with good neighborhood. On top of that, the owner (roommate) is a vey easy going person which makes life easier. I will definitely recommend this place.

Sweet Spot in the Heart of Capital Hill!

This is an awesome spot with a lot of charm that has been updated really well. You really can't beat the neighborhood with the light rail and the center of Capital Hill a quick walk away and lots of amazing coffee shops, pastries, and my new go to yoga studio within minutes! E himself is disarmingly generous with his time and intention improving the space. He is incredibly responsive, accommodating and made me feel very welcome in the space even giving me chances to make it my own amongst all his beautiful furnishings. We ended up sharing a lot of meals together and I loved having someone around who was open to a chat and swapping ideas about how to explore the city. There is a sweet little shared backyard I really enjoyed during the summer. The room itself has a great bed, bathtub and closet you can fit a lot in! Overall, this is an cozy place to call home in Seattle!

Perfect location, cozy comfortable stay, amazing owner/roommate

This is the perfect mid-term rental. I stayed for 3 months when I first moved to Seattle. The house is so charming and comfortable (everything is as it appears in the photos). And E, the owner is super cool, friendly, safe, and attentive to the home. For me it was a great mix of social engagement and private space. I like my own space and was on the fence about a housemate situation but I am so glad I went for it - I'm glad to now call E a friend; it made my transition to Seattle feel smoother and easier! I loved that the house is situated on a quiet residential street, and is literally two blocks in either direction to vibrant Capitol Hill restaurants, yoga studios, dance spaces etc. A great jumping off place to explore the city. Hand's down I recommend E's place.

Cozy Home in the Heart of Cap Hill

This house was pretty magical to live in for the time I was in Seattle. Its in a gorgeous neighborhood and in walking distance to many restaurants and hang outs. The house itself is adorable - an older, authentic house with so much character! The room was cozy - and the private bathroom with the office was perfect for my needs. Ed is also the best. He was easy to communicate with and live with; oftentimes we cooked together and had great convos, but overall he was super respectful being a roommate. I wouldve stayed longer but had to return to Texas for a job.
