We are nestled on the Franklin Mountains at an altitude of 4,650 feet. Nice quiet neighborhood. Private entrance to studio. In the backyard you have your own private table, chairs, grill and bistro lighting. Youll enjoy the view as you are dining outdoors. Access to pool and jacuzzi.

Studio with full kitchen, including dishes, pots and pans etc. Two large windows with blinds and curtains, facing semicircular driveway and street with very low traffic.
Neighborhood overview
Nice neighborhood. Three miles to shopping center, two miles to lots of restaurants and bars. A new shopping and restaurant/bar area (the latest addition to El Paso) called Cimarron is about 4 miles from the studio. Bus stop is 1 1/2 miles downhill. We are literally located on The Franklin Mountains. Lots of hiking and wildlife as well.

Highly Recommend Josephinas Rental
I had a wonderful experience staying at Josephinas rental. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Josephina was an excellent hostfriendly, responsive, and always willing to help whenever needed. The home was well-maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was easy throughout my time there, and Josephina made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Absolutely amazing
Josefina is absolutely amazing. I loved staying there. She is so accommodating. Whatever I needed, I would text her and she would help me out. I even had a body wash she showed me, waiting for me in the shower when I moved in. She is the sweetest and I'll miss her. The views are also great at the property. It was so quiet and calming

Incredible Views and Space
The views are spectacular, the owner was very polite and helpful when asked for recommendations on restaurants and shopping needs. The studio was great and fit my needs, no issues with any of the appliances or the space. This is a great place for someone who wants peace and quite and to be able to relax by the pool.

Incredible Views & Great Host
This studio was an excellent place to stay for many months. The access to the patio & pool area was the highlight and the views were stunning, almost surreal. Josefina is very welcoming and was quick to respond to any needs I had. Wifi was fast & reliable for remote work. I would stay here again.
