Amazing home and hosts

I have nothing but great things to say about this property and hosts. The hosts are easy going, super helpful and you'll love getting to know them and their friendly pups. Since the unit is fully furnished moving in was a breeze and I had everything I could need while staying here. The backyard was an added bonus and the unit itself is very spacious, great for hosting and working remotely. This location is perfect for getting out to the mountains to downtown Denver and Boulder.

Great location, fantastic space and better hosts

C and R are fantastic hosts that: care about their property, the comfort of their tenant, respect boundaries and put significant effort into ensuring their residents have a positive experience. The house location is close to 36 and evenly situated between Boulder and Denver, making for convenient commutes. The living room/dining room area is open, spacious and the couch is illegally comfortable. The hosts are responsive and punctual towards any issues that may arise and coordinate well to provide maintenance at the most convenient times. It is worth noting for tall residents (> 6 2) that the hallway ceiling sits little low, but this is only a minor inconvenience and does not affect the living area (as all the ceilings allow for comfortable movement. This aspect is grossly insignificant, but worth mentioning in case an applicant is tall. Overall C and R are fantastic hosts that offer an amazing, cozy space with a great location. 11/10 would stay here again.
