Excellent, Pleasant, Convenient
I stayed here for ten months and enjoyed it very much! A very comfortable place to come home to. Alex and his wife were always pleasant to interact with. The neighborhood was nice and I liked it there. Very close to Sanford.

Safe and convenient
We stayed in this house for 6 months while finding our forever home in Sioux Falls. The house is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with a great mix of neighbors. It's quiet, convenient, and close to everything you need in Sioux Falls. Owners are nice and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
