Great Short Term Rental

The location to nearby food, fitness gyms, and stores makes 403 extremely convenient. The bathroom was very spacious with great water pressure. Keypad entry is a nice feature. Owner was responsive to calls and texts. Would recommend.

Exceptional location!

I would stay here, again!. I really enjoyed the doors going to the backyard, very peaceful! It's an exceptionally good location, access to anything and everything within 10 minutes. The room has two skylights, in the mornings about 5:30, to bright. I asked Michael to get shades, he did, which made a huge difference, thank you! However, it did take 30 days. The bedroom is difficult to maintain a constant temperature. The reason for that is the thermostat is in the small hallway between the two bedrooms and there is not a vent where the thermostat is at, many times my room was too hot. However, I could turn the thermostat down and it would just make my room cold, then I would put on more clothes. I would without question go back and stay here again because of all the good qualities it has. I hope this helps someone!

Spectacular!

This place was amazing. Super easy to get to, tons of safe parking, and the house is so nice. My room was so spacious. The amenities were perfect for the stay. The landlord was always SUPER responsive and fast, almost no matter what time it was. Would stay again and recommend over and over.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Room is very spacious, clean, and quiet room in a nice suburban neighborhood right by the area mall and close to numerous grocery stores, gyms, and healthcare settings. Christian, the landlord, is very easy to reach, quick to respond, and attends to tenant needs as soon as possible. Housemates come and go, but respect of mutual space is understood and well maintained. Would stay here again if I took another contract in south Jersey!

5 stars. No complaints about the property. It is in a quiet neighborhood that's close to everything you may need. The owners respond ed quickly whenever I reached out. The house was very clean. I would a definitely stay here again.
