Loft in Paradise

Perfect location for 2 month stay!

My husband and I needed a place to rent during a particularly busy season with our business, and the loft was the perfect fit. Our business is a short drive away, and we were looking for natural light, fast Wi-Fi, a private outdoor space, and a peaceful setting. The loft is tucked into a truly magical neighborhood, away from the noise and distractions of the city. It had everything we needed to unwind after long workdays and was also very comfortable for working from home. Mornings working at the countertop area were productive, with great light and a calm, quiet atmosphere. The setup is well-suited for traveling professionals or longer stays. Savannah was a wonderful host easygoing, responsive, and thoughtful. The loft is well-stocked, grocery options and laundry are close by, and on the weekends, there are so many options with Sedona and Jerome just 2030 minutes away. Were very grateful to have found such a lovely place to land!

Loft Review

The loft was perfect! I stayed for about 2 months for a rotation at VVMC and was really lucky to find this spot. I had a super hectic schedule for school so I was in and out a lot, but my stay was always comfortable and convenient. It is really spacious and clean. They have it stocked with anything you could need for a short-term stay, and honestly more! They even provide a binder with recommendations for everything/anything you would need while staying in town. I would 100% recommend to anybody else, especially if you are working at VVMC (very close by). Savannah and the family are really kind and generous, which made my experience even better!

A perfect stay

I stayed in the loft private area for 3 months while in town for a travel contract. Savannah is amazing- very attentive and happy to help with anything I needed. The house came stocked with almost everything I could need while I was there. The bed was very comfortable as well and I felt very safe staying there. Their dogs are also SO SWEET! I loved seeing them around. I also was having car trouble mid stay and Karl (the homeowner, owns a car shop) looked at it for me ASAP. The entire family is very kind and I will miss staying here!

Perfect Short Term Lease Rental

Perfect short term rental stay that is close to VVMC. The loft is bigger than the photos give it credit! The space is completely stocked and ready to go so no need to bring your own cooking ware/utensils, bed sheets, towels, etc... Despite there being no washer/dryer, the 2 laundromats are <5min away, and that should not stop you from staying here! The property owners are friendly, great at communicating, and respectful of privacy. They have wonderful dogs that greet you and put a smile on your face. 10/10 recommend this place.

Definitely Recommended as a Travel PT

This spot was great. Modern and comfy and felt like new. Had some great personal touches like face masks and candy, makeup wipes, mood lighting, etc. that made me feel at home. The owners are so warm and welcoming yet respectful of personal space. Their property feels safe and great for a solo traveler. I loved the patio and grilling. I didn't even need to bring everything I did because they provided so much. I've stayed at other rentals in town and this one was my favorite experience. Only downside was I couldn't get the internet to work for my computer, but it worked for the TV and they were almost done installing separate internet for the space as I was on my way out. Super quick drive to VVMC and peaceful neighborhood. I'd recommend it to any traveller.

Love this oasis loft!

Love this private oasis loft! Newly remodeled clean with French doors that swing out to a patio deck. Feels like an oasis in the desert with greenery surrounding. Once you check in you wont want to leave. The owner and family are very welcoming and accommodating which made me feel at home away from home.

Perfect Studio Apartment

I had a wonderful stay at this studio in Cottonwood while on a travel nursing assignment. The place was so thoughtfully designed and had everything I needed (and more!) to make my time there comfortable and homey. I'd highly recommended this loft to anyone looking in a cozy, safe, and beautiful space to call home for a few months!
