Best Place

I stayed at Mia and Gabes place for 9 weeks during my summer job and had the best experience. The apartment has everything you need and is very safe which I was concerned about as a woman living in downtown. The apartment complex itself is quiet and located close to everything I needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat; Gabe and Mia were so attentive and helpful in every capacity. Thank you both!

Ideal and charming

Fabulous place to stay. The apartment is well cared for and stocked, with everything you might need around the corner. The landlords are a delight to deal with. I'd return happily any time

Comic-Con Comfort with a View

The highlight of this place has to be the viewit's perfect for soaking in all the Comic-Con action from the comfort of the balcony. No need to fight the crowds; I could watch the craziness unfold below while relaxing in peace. The underground parking is a major bonus toosecure and convenient, it made getting to meetings a breeze. As for the accommodations, the mattress was incredibly comfortablesuper soft and cozy. Plus the whole place was very clean. I truly loved my time here and can't wait for another trip to San Diego. Everything was just awesome!

Great location

This condo is in the perfect location to explore downtown. Walking distance to the ballpark and Little Italy and right across from Ralphs. Close to the trolley for trips outside of downtown. The condo is well appointed, safe and comfortable. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Great space

We used this rental as a home base while working in San Diego. The landlord was very attentive and the space is nicely appointed. Good convenience to the grocery store and Starbucks. Gym is awesome.

Great place to stay !

G and M were excellent hosts! Super responsive if I needed anything! The condo was beautifully decorated and homey, in the perfect area (walking distance to bars and restaurants in gaslamp but far enough away from the noise, a short walk to seaport village) . Move in and out was easy and simple! Would definitely recommend living here!
