We made it work

Highly suggest the owner gives this property attention before renting it again. We stayed here from March-June while my husband underwent a bone marrow transplant at Stanford. The unit was clean on arrival, but we immediately heard critters in the walls at night, and the plumbing clogged during our second month. There appears to be water/subfloor damage in the kitchen and bathroom, the doors don't fit properly on the hinges, and the shower tile is cracked. The unit also smells like mildew. We found spiders and cobwebs throughout the unit every day, so I wasn't comfortable opening the windows. The landlord was responsive but slow to reply. The kitchen is a good size, parking is great, and the location is excellent. I would at least hire maintenance for the building and repair the bathroom tile before renting it again. Our security deposit took a full month to be returned, but everything was eventually resolved.

I wouldnt recommend renting this property. The apartment wasnt as advertisedpictures online didnt match, and it was dirty upon move-in. The landlord was slow to respond to issues, and the internet was unreliable, forcing me to pay for my own. Security is a concernour car was broken into due to its location off a busy highway. At move-out, unexpected utility overages were deducted from our deposit without prior notice. A cleaning fee was also charged, despite not being mentioned in the lease and the unit being dirty when we arrived. Poor management and unfair chargesrent elsewhere.
