Highly recommend both landlord and the property

We stayed at Ashley's place for a few months. We were waiting for our home construction to finish. We were very happy with both Ashley's responsiveness whenever we had any question or issues and the property itself. On multiple occasions she helped fixed an issue promptly. She has decorated her home very nicely and furnished thoughtfully. We would rent her home again if needed without hesitation!

Perfect Stay

Ashley was incredibly responsive and accommodating on short notice and worked with me for my month-long stay in Durham. The place itself was wonderful and had every amenity anybody would need. I was on a rotation at Duke and found that the traffic time was minimal. Additionally, there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby for all needs. I could not recommend staying here any higher. It is an incredible deal for the price you are paying.

Pleasant stay!

This was the perfect location for a place to stay over the summer. Close to RTP, Southpoint mall, and a very nice neighborhood to walk around/community pool to lounge at.

Great place!

Landlord and property manager was super flexible and I was able to join the lease late to live with a friend. Place is super cozy and great location 10 minutes from RTP area.
