Ashley was incredibly responsive and accommodating on short notice and worked with me for my month-long stay in Durham. The place itself was wonderful and had every amenity anybody would need. I was on a rotation at Duke and found that the traffic time was minimal. Additionally, there are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby for all needs. I could not recommend staying here any higher. It is an incredible deal for the price you are paying.
This was the perfect location for a place to stay over the summer. Close to RTP, Southpoint mall, and a very nice neighborhood to walk around/community pool to lounge at.
Landlord and property manager was super flexible and I was able to join the lease late to live with a friend. Place is super cozy and great location 10 minutes from RTP area.

Im a travel nurse in the area looking to rent out my home. Its a 3 bedroom townhouse entire unit for rent. I enjoy cooking and watching movies after a hard day of work and on my days off. Love to walk trails in the area nearby after work and use the pool during the summer.
