Cozy Apartment for Individual, Couple, or Small Family!
My family (2 adults, 1 infant child, and dog) recently stayed in this charming downstairs apartment and had a wonderful experience. The space is cozy, well-kept, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. While the laundry is shared, it was always easy to access and never an inconvenience. The location is a standout feature. Its just a short walk to several great neighborhood restaurants, making it simple to grab a good meal without having to drive. Theres also a beautiful park nearby, perfect for morning walks, picnics, or simply enjoying some fresh air. Despite being so close to these amenities, the street itself is remarkably quiet. The neighbors are friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall sense of community and comfort. Overall, this apartment is a lovely place to call homehighly recommended!

Cozy and Bright!
What a great host and wonderful apartment. My husband and I stayed here for 4 months with our fur family and enjoyed every minute. Just steps from funky DT Kenton with shops and restaurants and a public library and a few blocks from a great park for dog walking. This household is very pet friendly with a fully fenced backyard we all enjoyed in the spring. Jody is the kindest, most accommodating host weve ever stayed with. 5 stars+
