Tranquil 1-bedroom Apartment

Does not meet expectations

Property is noisy. You're guaranteed to hear someone walking around by 5am if not earlier and that will continue all day and night. bathroom is small with an even smaller stand up shower. I cannot tell you the amount of times I've hit my elbow in that shower and will walk out with wet hair no matter how hard you try not to get it wet. Trash cans outside were always full to the point it attracted raccoons to the property. Since the apartment is in the back yard that makes it very dangerous for attracting critters in the late night. No instructions on washer/dryer usage so it will stop on you randomly for you to figure out. This property is not ideal for health professionals no matter the shift.
