I've been traveling for work since 2016, and this is hands down the best place Ive ever rented. The space strikes the perfect balance between modern style and historic charm, with 12-foot ceilings, transom windows, and pocket doors that hint at the buildings rich past. Finding a place in St. Louis can feel overwhelming, but this one is a hidden gem. Tucked on a quiet, one-way loop with minimal traffic, it also benefits from the near-constant presence of Anheuser-Busch security, which adds real peace of mind. Alex, the host, is fantastic. He is super responsive and conveniently lives right in the building, which makes everything even easier.

So St. Louis and Cozy

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 1104 Wyoming. The process of getting moved in and setup was very smooth with Alex. The transaction was very quick as I was displaced from my original housing as they sold but Alex was available and had just what I needed. The place is very nice and has three levels, Alex lives at the top. I was in the second floor unit that has all updated appliances and finishes. I enjoyed my stay and it was very easy to access and move in. Only hiccups were the unit had just been acquired and Alex had been working out any maintenance details like the alarm system but he was so nice and respectful and made sure to always give me adequate heads up if he needed to enter the apartment and worked around my ER schedule. I would highly recommend as a woman that lived alone on contract for 8 months in St. Louis, the brewery has 24 hr surveillance and security which makes the area feel very safe. Highly recommend.
