Neighborhood overview
Established older estate neighborhood in the foothills of Vista. Open spaces, wide streets and peaceful. Custom homes. The only sounds may be local wildlife like birds, coyotes, hawks and owls. The neighborhood is friendly with many people walking their dogs, sharing fruit or plants from their yards. The weather is always perfect and sunsets are amazing. Close to 78 freeway. 12 minutes to Oceanside and beaches.

Cute, comfortable granny flat
10/10 would recommend staying at Nicole and Brendan's granny flat! In addition to the flat being super cute with it's own private entrance and outdoor space, the accommodations are very comfortable; full kitchen, full bathroom, washer/dryer, tv in the bedroom with a queen bed, and another tv in the living room with a comfortable couch. I'm a night shift nurse and I had no issues with sleeping during the day, as the neighborhood is quiet and far enough away from main streets. That's not to say that there aren't good restaurants and breweries close by, because I had a fun time exploring Vista and the surrounding areas! I also felt extremely safe in this location. Nicole is great at responding right away should any issues arise, and she is very kind and helpful. If given the opportunity, I would definitely stay here again! :)
