Amazing place to stay

My partner, dog, and I stayed at this property for a month while I completed a medical student sub-internship at UCSD. I truly think we lucked out with this property. Ismeta and her husband were attentive, kind, and welcoming for our entire stay. The place was spotless and in a central location to go to any UCSD-affiliated hospital. The neighborhood was also peaceful, and we never struggled to find on-street parking. During our stay, we had easy access to laundry, had independent control of the AC unit, and were free to come and go as we wished due to the separate entrance. The backyard was well-maintained and perfect for my dog. We didn't have any issues during the stay, but if we did, Ismeta was extremely responsive via text. I felt extremely safe and cared for during the entire month. I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in San Diego, and I would recommend it to everyone!

Hello. I lived in this great, centrally located, detached and very private studio for 1 year. Iska and Sinan (property owners and on-site landlords) are attentive, engaging, and generous. I had absolutely NO issues while living here. The property is well maintained, their pet warmed up to me the 2nd month, hike Tecolote Canyon Trails down the street, and enjoy hassel-free living and great landlords.
