Quiet and Cozy Apartment in Seattle with Modern Amenities and Prime Location

Very sad to be leaving! This is a dream rental

In four years of traveling this is by far my favorite place I've stayed at! The neighborhood is lovely, parking is never a problem. The 27 bus stop is a very short walk to- if you're working downtown which is super convenient. The unit is very well kept, tidy, and you have everything you could need. It is very quiet which I really appreciated. The black out curtains are a nice touch in the bedroom. I was checked on to make sure everything was a-okay, B. even checked on me during the snow storm and offered advice for commuting which was so kind. Communication was excellent, B. was so kind and understanding when I had a family emergency, which I deeply appreciate. I cannot stress how much of a jewel this place is!

Lovely Stay!

My partner and I loved our stay here! Beautiful office space for work from home, big closets for storage and close to the lake! The owners were very welcoming and accommodating as well. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful and Conveniently Located

My partner and I stayed here over a whole summer and it had everything we needed. The unit is private with a separate entrance and has a lot of space in every room as well as a full kitchen. The property has a well maintained lush garden all around and is within walking distance to Amazon Fresh, a large lakeside park with trails, and multiple shopping centers with good restaurants. The neighborhood feels safe and there was always parking when we needed. Landlords are very friendly and helped us transition to the city with recommendations and helped us feel at home. If you work in SODO or downtown the commute is trivial. We loved being near the lake for the views and the ease of access to Bellevue.

Gorgeous views and wonderful apt

Loved staying here! Very quiet and the owners were top notch for any questions or concerns. Large windows with beautiful views of mountains and gardens. Easy walk to major bus routes. Extra office room a big plus. Highly recommend and I would stay again!

Seattle's Best Gem!

I rented this charming gem of a place for a few months while working at Swedish. It was my home away from home, and the owners are the best! They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and felt welcomed. The place was nice and clean. The location is perfect. It's in a pretty neighborhood close to the hospital and just a short hike down a nice trail to the waterfront district where there are some great restaurants. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone working in the area or visiting Seattle.

Amazing apartment, great location!

First off, JK and B are amazing landlords! We loved living here for a year. The apartment is clean, quiet, and comfortable, and has an incredible view of Lake Washington and the Cascades from the living/dining area. We loved the location- super walkable to whatever we needed, and public transit to downtown. We also loved walking down to Lake Washington in the summertime. It was a great experience living here!
