Cozy peace and quiet.

Stayed here for 6 months while working right down the street at Methodist (easy drive). Very well kept studio, with all the amenities you need. Located in a very low traffic side of Hopkins, it was really quiet and peaceful. During the winter there is a nice cozy gas furnace to keep you warm. Landlord was very friendly to work with. Would stay there again if the opportunity arises!

Great place to stay!

This apartment fit my needs perfectly. I had my own parking spot and laundry. There are may trails near the apartment and you can even store your bike in the garage. The neighborhood is very nice with lots of friendly people. The landlord (Allen) is very nice and welcoming. If you have any questions he is always available! I highly recommend staying at this place!

I stayed here from May through December; it is a quiet and pleasant basement apartment situated in a very safe neighborhood. The location is ideal, being in close proximity to several hospitals and numerous entertainment options. This was my first contract away from home, and Allan provided me with recommendations on the must-see attractions in Minnesota. Initially, it was scary to be so far away from home without knowing anyone, but Allan consistently checked in to ensure I had everything I needed, and made me feel safe throughout my stay.

Edina studio

This studio was perfect for me during a 7- week transition. Because of the windows and sunlight, it felt very spacious. The closet organizer separates the bed area from the livingroom, which is a nice feature. Allan was friendly, accomodating, resonsive and easy to work with. I'd stay here again without question.

Amazing Extended Stay

Had a great year staying here. Allan, the owner, is awesome and friendly and very responsive. It was clean, sunny, and quiet, what more could you ask for? Neighborhood is great (Downtown Hopkins is five minutes away). The place is well decorated and really spacious. 10/10 would come back if needed.

A gem

I stayed here for 6 months during a particularly tumultuous time in my life and over a year later, I remain thankful for all of the intangible blessings that accompanied my tenure. With a private entrance through the garage, it doesnt have the typical sterile apartment feel. Instead, its a home. Its quiet and the neighborhoodwith towering mature trees, wildlife, and walking paths galoreis fantastic. And while legally speaking Allan is what they call a landlord, thats where the similarities to the thoughts that word typically conjures up ends. Hes a kind and loving soul you can actually talk to and learn from. For what its worth, Ive reached out to Allan to thank him for all he and his studio apartment did for me a couple of times since. How many other apartment experiences can you think of where that would be something youd want to do?

Awesome Place to Stay

Allans studio apartment in his home was perfect for our stay. It is quiet and private in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. I am an RN in Minneapolis at Abbott Northwestern. I travel over from Wisconsin each week. Sometimes my husband and maltipoo came with me. The apartment is cozy and inviting. There is plenty of parking and we had a private entrance through the garage. We never heard any noise from the main house except an infrequent bark from Belle, the sweet resident bernadoodle. There are two heat sources including a gas fireplace in the kitchen. Allan is a great landlord. He is super hospitable and answers all questions in a timely fashion. Our deposit was returned quickly after moving out. We would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay again!

Great place and great owner!

This was a very spacious, cozy, and well-appointed space, with ample parking. It is located in a great area, very close to anything and everything you could need. The owner is super friendly and great to work with if any additional needs happen to arise. A bonus is his super friendly and loving dog!
