What this property offers
This guest house sits on the grounds of a restored historic farmhouse. Originally a bunkhouse for seasonal workers, and repurposed into a tiny home! It's a very safe neighborhood with new houses and old farmsteads. We do have dogs but the cottage has its own fence to keep the visitations to a minimum. This rental is available for single occupancy only and perfect for medical travelers. A Keycheck verification will be required.

We live in a nice family neighborhood with very little crime or problems. We are 15 minutes to downtown Spokane. Our location is convenient to skiing, biking, hiking, downtown shopping and dining.

This place was perfect for my travel contract and the hosts were wonderful! They helped me with anything I needed in the house including wifi and even shoveled a pathway in the snow from the gate to my door!
