Perfect stay

Michelle and Wendell were the best landlords. The space was immaculate and in the perfect location. I only wish I could've stuck around longer! Highly recommend renting from them!

I have been robbed by this host

No stars-I attempted to rent a property from Michelle and her husband Wendell at M/W properties and was not allowed to view property. When I finally was able to view property it was located in an isolated area with no cell reception. There was no lit roads and the house was located behind 2 condemned homes in back by woods off of a dirt road. When I spoke with Michelle about my concerns she stated that the time for notice was less than 30 days so no refund. I asked for a different location and was told that I forfeited a 1000$ deposit and could not. All and all safety should be first and I should have been able to receive something. Be careful out here!
