Nice condo, great location

I was really happy with this condo rental. I needed short-term accommodations when I came to Washington after getting a job at the hospital across the street. The condo was clean and in very good condition, kitchen and bathroom fully stocked with supplies, linens and towels, and Alex was always available on short notice if anything came up and very professional. Great location in Tacoma, 10-15 min away from anywhere I may need to go to. I can recommend without hesitation and I would rent from Alex again in the future if I needed to, no doubt!

pre-rental experience

I planned to rent Alex's beautiful condo this summer. Alex is very helpful and professional on helping me to complete rental process. Due to something unexpected happened in last minute on my end, I end up without renting his condo. However, Alex's professionalism, understanding and kindness help leaves me great impression. Quiet apartment close to St Joseph

This unit is ideal for one person or a couple within walking distance of St Joseph Hospital. Furnished with everything you will need, just bring your clothes and your toothbrush. Very comfortable and clean, with plenty of storage. The landlord is accessible and very responsive to requests.
