I lived here three months for a travel contract for work and it was perfect for me. Marie was great and very helpful throughout my stay. Very nice area and close to a lot as well.

Convenient and Cozy
I spent almost a year in this basement apartment, towards the end it started feeling like home. Marie, the landlord, was EXTREMELY responsive and always addressed any concerns I had right away. Great location, super convenient, and most importantly the rent was very reasonable. It is a basement apartment, so the ceiling is on the lower side, so just keep that in mind. (I am 5'6" and it was perfect for me.) Street parking requires permit (can apply for one as a contract worker), so Marie helped me find another solution. If I ever have the opportunity to work in the area again, I would definitely return!
