Amazing Place to Stay
This place is an amazing value with a lot of amenities that you don’t usually find at this price. The ADU has a private entrance that doubles as a small patio, plenty of free parking, a washer/dryer, fridge, TV, kitchenette, large bed, couch, and table. The bathroom, living room, and bedroom are all incredibly spacious for one person. The unit is located on a mountain in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees and deer. Alice and her family are very friendly and down-to-earth people, and she is happy to accommodate if you need anything. I felt honored to have been able to stay here for a year!

Home away from home
Ive had the pleasure of staying here for a few months, and its been an absolute delight. Alice, the host and landlord, is incredibly attentive and responsive to any needs that may arise. The living room and bedroom are spacious, providing ample personal space. The breathtaking view of the mountains offers a chance to immerse yourself in nature. The location is conveniently situated in the heart of Monrovia, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

I had a great experience here! Alice was so nice and understanding, also very easy to reach via text or call. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quiet, nice place to stay with a private entrance.

Great rental and landlord
I really enjoyed renting from Alice. The ADU is connected to her home but has a completely private entrance. Alice is a really great communicator (easy to reach), made things very easy and always helped me out with anything I needed. Since there is street parking for this rental and they were doing some road work, she even arranged for me to have parking so that I wouldn't have to hike up from down the street. Beautiful quiet area, and the bedroom was nice and dark which was great since I worked nights. Lots of nice hikes in the area as well. I would definitely rent from Alice again.
