A Dream Brownstone!

Unicorn listing with an incredible roommate !!! This place blew my expectations out of the water: the apartment is HUGE and curated beautifully, the kitchen has everything you need (and more), the bedroom is bigger than the photos, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. There's a decently sized table for any remote workers (me) which was perfect. The private bathroom is a benefit I didn't know I needed, and the water pressure is 10/10. The A/C line is only an 8-minute walk, multiple buses are nearby, the neighborhood is charming, and there are cafes right across the street. Most importantly. Sara is a wonderful roommate; attentive, warm, and genuinely makes sure you're comfortable. I had zero issues during my 3-month stay and truly wished I could have extended it. It's a popular listing for good reason! Highly recommend Sara and this apartment — I'll miss it and her so much :')
